Scombrine
This athletic mer shines summery hues on the sleak figure of a fish unjustly seen as common or even vulgar (poor mackerel can be used as an insult in French). This swift hunter does not fear sporting bold colours as they are also the protector of luxuriant waters.
The mermaid tail shares Hesper's fins and finlets, a common trait to hunter fish as their rigidity helps stabilize high-speed swimming. The Linden monofin is a perfect fit.
Price starts at 165€, for the basic, fin-less tail : add fins to your mermaid tail according to your preferences and budget.

Short (sort of) and light fins are perfect to splash humans ! ... and propel oneself up on the rocks to display mesmerizing dorsal stripes and six fins shaped for racing.
Merfolk use nets and harpoons too, especially the fastest hunters.

This merman uses giant seashells to craft his armour and weapons... colour-coordinated to his scales, of course !
