Compare your measurements with the siez chart below. Check firstly your waist circumference and your ombilic-to-floor length. The fabric is veeeery stretchy, so don't hesitate to take the smaller closest size, or even size down. The hip circumference will help you refine your choice as it also gives you the maximum stretch at the waist. For length, go for the closest measurement. Do not try to size down if you want the tail to remain firmly above your butt when you sit.
Ex : your waist is 70cm, it ranges as waist S. You have 103cm from ombilic to floor, it is an L length. Your size is : S/L.
Why these sizings ? I spent part of my schoolyears in a boarding school where our uniforms were made like this. It was amazing, no more fitting problems ! Tall and thin, small and rounded, everyone looked... well, okay. It was still a very basic uniform. But I loved it for that :)
